shipping.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of ready-made work (non-custom) to the U.S. and Canada.
If you would like to ship to somewhere else in the world, please contact me.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
For custom orders, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping. A quote shipping will be included in your custom artwork quote. Large custom orders may use a different carrier such as FedEx or UPS, depending on the best pricing and timing.
Local delivery or pick-up is available for customers in the Boston Metro area, and in most cases will provided free of charge.
returns.
We do not currently accept returns, however please contact me if there are any issues with your order, and I will work with you to find a resolution.
All custom orders are Final & Non-Refundable.
cancellations.
For ready-made items, I do accept cancellations before an order has shipped. You will be issued a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.
For custom orders, you may cancel within 48 hours for a full refund of your deposit. If you need to cancel after this point, but before the work has been finalized, please contact me. In some cases, I may be able to issue a partial deposit refund.
