commissions.
Kelli Nyman accepts a select number of commissions each year.
The process begins with collecting information about the space, budget, dimensions, color palette preferences, and any conceptual references.
Additional information like framing requirements, timeline, and photos or elevation plans of the space all help to put together the initial quote.
Once the details are agreed upon, a 50% deposit secures a spot on Kelli’s studio calendar, and she proceeds with concept development.
Kelli reviews the artwork concept and colors with the collector, with a round of adjustments being offered to ensure that everyone is happy with the proposed piece.
Physical paper samples (or an onsite consultation, for local collectors) are available upon request.
From there, Kelli proceeds with folding and constructing the piece. Photos are shared with the collector for approval before the piece is secured.
The final artwork is then carefully packaged and shipped or delivered to its new home.
